Currently, only dogs and cats come under the purview of ‘pets’ we are able to accommodate at the hotel.
Our hotel can accommodate pets provided they are up to 40 pounds / 18 kgs and free of fleas or ticks. All pets must be dewormed and have their vaccinations up-to-date.
A charge of Rs 1500 will be levied per night for each pet to cover pet food and special cleaning of the villa/room.
Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and dispose of waste.
Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds. We welcome you bringing your pets’ own bed so they have a familiar place to sleep in.
Housekeeping have been instructed not to enter any room or villa that has an unattended pet. Guests must contact reception or the housekeeping department to schedule a convenient time to have their room cleaned.
Pets must wear a collar and be on a leash when outdoors for the consideration of other guests and the hotel dogs. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their pets are within reach at all times.
Pets are not allowed to stay alone in any room or villa except in a crate if the guest is leaving the hotel.
No pets, other than service dogs or guide dogs, are allowed in the hotel’s restaurant, pool area, yoga and meditation area, games room or spa.
The hotel absolves itself of any responsibility regarding pets, which are considered exclusively the responsibility of the owner.
Any damages will be covered in full by the pet owner before check-out. We request owners to respect the peace and security of other guests and staff at all times.
