Mimosa celebrates local produce – with vegetables and fruit picked from our own garden and fresh ingredients and seafood sourced directly from trusted associates. So you’re in for an exciting surprise every day as our menu changes with availability. Our focus is on authentic local flavours based on recipes handed down the generations and every dish is made from scratch when ordered. We also offer a select choice of Indian and Continental dishes. Guest favourites include Goan Saraswat fare, rarely seen on menus anywhere in Goa.
We’re happy to arrange candlelight dinners and outdoor teas in the private gardens of your villa, and are able to cater to special dietary needs when informed in advance
