Our tropical gardens are not just ornamental, they also are working gardens, producing fruit, vegetables and herbs in a fully organic fashion. Much of what we serve in Mimosa, our in-house restaurant, is grown right here!
Spread on a half-moon-shaped deck and offering the very best views of the river, salt-pans, paddy fields and the Aguada bay in the distance, Mimosa offers easy seating for 30 guests.
At Mimosa, we mainly serve Goan food, with an emphasis of vegetarian and sea-food specialties. Please note that we do not serve red meat. We also serve a choice of Indian and Continental dishes. We offer a select menu made up of only freshly sourced produce. Thus the menu changes according to what’s growing in the garden or what’s the catch of the day! One thing is for sure, the food here has always been a highlight for all guests.
